INDIVIDUALS
In my work, I have met many people of all walks of life — all of whom I hold dear and can connect with in some form or another. However, it's my deep belief that those who find me are meant to find me and they tend to be the ones whose stories mirror mine in some form.
Regardless of who you are what is inspiring you to seek therapy. I create a compassionate space where you can explore the complex and often hidden layers of your experiences—ones shaped by identity, culture, and personal trauma. I first hand understand that healing is not just an individual journey but a collective one, deeply influenced by the systems, relationships, and generational patterns we inherit.
Intimacy—with ourselves and others—is the heart of healing. Many of us, particularly people pleasers and codependents, have learned to define ourselves through the needs and expectations of others. In this process, we may lose touch with our own desires and needs, leaving us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and invisible. Whether you are a mother managing the weight of expectations or someone constantly giving of yourself to others, I help you reconnect to the parts of yourself that have been neglected or silenced. You are worthy of love and care that is unconditional, and together we will rediscover your sense of self in the midst of these pressures.
Trauma teachings remind us that it’s not just an event but a pattern that gets embedded in the body and psyche. The trauma we carry can stem from past experiences—especially for those of us who face marginalization due to race, gender, religious identity, or sexual orientation—but it is also passed down through generations. For those affected by religious trauma or growing up in communities that demand conformity, healing can feel like a radical act of reclaiming who you truly are. I help you understand how these traumas manifest in your life today, whether in the ways you suppress your true self to please others, the way you hide your pain, or the way your body holds onto old wounds. Through compassion and presence, we begin to free you from the cycles that hold you back.
Every individual is made up of many parts—some of which may be in conflict with one another. For people pleasers and codependents, there’s often an internal struggle between the part of you that wants to please and the part of you that feels unfulfilled. For mothers, for people of color, and for those navigating the complexities of sexual or gender identity, these internal parts can be pulled in many directions by the demands of others and the weight of societal expectations. Together, we’ll listen to all these parts—whether they are wounded, protective, or yearning for freedom—and create space for healing and integration. You don’t need to carry the burden of perfection, self-sacrifice, or silence anymore.
Whether you’re a mother feeling overwhelmed by the weight of responsibility, a people pleaser who has lost touch with your true desires, a codependent seeking healthier ways of relating, a person of color striving to reclaim your identity, someone struggling with the scars of religious trauma, or a member of the LGBT community searching for acceptance and healing—this space is for you. I will walk with you as you uncover the roots of your struggles, heal from the traumas that have shaped you, and reclaim your voice and your power.

"Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light."
