I have worked with children, youth, parents, adults, and families struggling with emotional concerns, trauma, and mental health issues. I have worked in several different therapeutic realms and have provided individual therapy, family therapy, in-hometherapeutic services, behavior management, parenting skills training and group facilitation. I am registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #131823, being supervised by Krissy Shippey, LMFT #10485.

My passion developed

As a young girl, I grew up observing and engaging with people and relationships around me. I've always been drawn to the complexities of life and have found myself walking alongside those working through the hard and real stuff in life. I have walked alongside many of individuals; from children who have experienced trauma, teenagers navigating their identity, mothers adjusting to motherhood, and families who are trying to heal and connect.

How I seek to help

I'm passionate about holding space for you as you navigate your inner and outer world. Life can be beautiful and hard; and sometimes having someone listen with compassion and ask thoughtful questions is what you need. I seek to understand and welcome you for who you are, as you are, and at your own pace. I'm here to empower you to live a full, authentic, liberated and wholehearted life.

On a personal note

Family and friends are the most important to me. Spending time with my husband and three little ones brings me immeasurable joy. Along with dancing and music. Sunsets and night time energize me. As do games, some may say that I'm a little competitive. Yoga relaxes me. Water coloring and anything crafty gets me in a good flow state. I am so very grateful to live in the Central Coast enjoying the views and fresh air with my lovely and lively family and those most important to me.
